Worst maintance of room bad smell of bathroom whole night could not sleep and regulator of the fan not working I request all not book this hotel at any cost I Change of room at 1 in the night and another room is also same problems, Please do not book this hotel

Traveled with family. Was looking for an option in Gulbarga for layover and came across Hotel Atharva. Reviews were good and so opted for it. Reached quite late at 10.30 in the night. Had a look and the rooms and rooms were pretty good. Rooms have mesh for windows and hence even non AC rooms were also quite pleasant. Rooms service was bit slow in the morning, but manageable. Over all experience was good.

Very poor facilities . Photographs were different from reality. Very very ordinary hotel with premium price and did not even get breakfast though mentioned free in the cost . Left us frustrating and xyremely disappointed. Services also poor and dis not try to compensate for the lack of facilities - they were still not open i guess post covid

Checked in, and found bed sheets were not up to the "mark". They looked soiled. They obliged by changing the sheets, but we were not satisfied. Room did not have a water warmer for the coffee. The room's door lock had issues, was given another room. One most important thing, they will not service your room if you don't deposit your keys at the front desk. Hence our room was never cleaned, and the waste basket was never emptied. THEY DID NOT MAKE THIS clear. In their defense they say for security reasons, they don't enter your room, if you have not handed over your room keys at the reception desk. The complimentary breakfast was very much left to be desired. The only choice was idly, vadai, and upma. The restaurant was not clean paper napkins were strewn all over the floor.
